The "Automatic Three-Component Mixing Device" is a machine that automatically mixes and supplies various raw liquids, such as adhesives for dry lamination and anchor coating agents for extrusion lamination. By pre-setting the mixing ratios of the main agent, hardener, and solvent, the amount of mixed liquid to be produced, and the stirring time, you can simply press the operation button. The raw liquids are automatically suctioned in sequence by diaphragm pumps according to the mixing ratios, weighed using an explosion-proof electronic scale, and sent to the mixing tank. Furthermore, the stirring blades inside the mixing tank rotate to mix the components, and the stirring ends after a predetermined number of seconds. The mixed liquid is then sent to a receiving tank.
